After collaborating for several years the Brazil Chapter of the Humanistic Management Network and the Humanistic Management Center in Switzerland are delighted to have our first joint event coming up in Curitiba, Southern Brazil on January 14th 2016. This event marks the first Humanistic Management Conference taking place in Brazil.

The half day conference will be held at Instituto Pró-Cidadania de Curitiba (IPCC) in the state of Paraná in Brazil aiming to provide insight into and nourish exchange on the underlying assumptions, main tenets and practical implications of a human centered management paradigm in business. At the same time we are much looking forward to meeting various actors working on research and practice in humanistic management in southern Brazil.

For December 2015 the Australia and New Zealand Chapter of the Humanistic Management Network together with the Leadership Lab of the University of Adelaide invite you to discuss and reflect on this year's events under the framing of high integrity organizations. This workshop will take place on the 10th of December 2015.

In this final discussion for the year our aim is to reveal what issues we believe are significant for organisations seeking to be more equitable, salve respectful and enriching. Well-being in the workplace need not be an elusive goal and the aim of this session is twofold; first to reflect on topics discussed this year and also to highlight topics for future sessions next year. Those topics will provide opportunities to explore the challenges and imperatives for responsible, sustainable and successful human-centric organisations.
