This event marked the first Humanistic Management Conference taking place in Brazil. Having collaborated with Kelly Broliani of IPCC who leads the Brazil Interest Group of the Humanistic Management Network for several years already, January 14th 2016 opened a new chapter for the engagement of the Humanistic Management Center in Brazil.
The conference welcomed participants from government, the non-profit sector and the business community of the four million people strong city of Curitiba in Southern Brazil. This half day conference took place on the premises of Instituto Pró-Cidadania de Curitiba (IPCC) in the capital of the Brazilian state of Paraná aiming to provide insight into and nourish exchange on the underlying assumptions, main tenets and practical implications of a human centered management paradigm in business.
